Our school is proud to be part of the OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) programme, which helps children enjoy happier, healthier and more active playtimes. OPAL encourages children to explore, create, imagine and take appropriate risks through a wide range of play opportunities, using natural materials and everyday objects in exciting and imaginative ways. By giving children greater freedom to lead their own play, we aim to develop their creativity, confidence, resilience, independence and social skills, making playtimes a fun and valuable part of every school day.
